KMLabs Pantheon™ is an ultrafast pulsed EUV solution, consisting of all the necessary instrumentation for the generation and delivery of EUV light to the user-supplied experimental station. The main components of Pantheon are:

RAEA: our Ti:sapphire regenerative amplifier with the highest average power in the market, particularly designed to drive HHG sources.

XUUS: our table-top EUV source that generates coherent, laser-like beam with photon energies in the 20-120 eV range.

Arterium: our beam delivery product line that offers versatile and modular solution to deliver the EUV light to your end stations.
